Our cake stands are all designed by ourselves and some of our designs are unique to Cake Steel Standing so you won't find them anywhere else. We have a wide range of different designs so you will always find a stand to suit your needs. They have a chrome finish which makes them look fresh and tidy when displaying your cake.
Terms & conditions
When products are sent Royal Mail service we are not responsible for your product once they are in the postal systems’ hands as Royal Mail are responsible for their services. Most of the time all products reach the customer in the correct time and in the way they left our premises, however should you experience loss or damage we will claim on your behalf for reimbursement though the Royal Mail. If this is necessary we require a picture of the damage, so please be prepared to do this before purchasing. Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 14 days after posting, so please take that into consideration when contacting us. Refunds will be given only when Royal Mail settles the claim.
We post Monday to Friday only and all late orders are not guarantee to reach you in time, as Royal Mail are responsible for their first class service. If you would like to purchase last minute orders we advice paying for Special Delivery which is guaranteed next day.
You MUST provide a delivery address where someone will be in to sign for the parcel this is for all Cake toppers or a card will be placed through your door. Other products are sent first class or second therefore will be put through your letter box or left at your door. If a change of address is required PLEASE change this in your invoice not by e-mailing as it will not get picked up.
All stands are sent by Interlink Express courier the address may be a work address or neighbour, you can also request the parcel is left at your address in a secure place but this is at your own risk. Interlink Express service will attempt to deliver up to 2 times and then the parcel will be returned to us and you will be liable for redelivery charges. Also if you are not in when it is delivered a card shall be left so you will have the opportunity to collect it from your nearest depot or request a redelivery. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the morning of your delivery and so will a 1 hour time slot.
Once your item has been despatched by us, the responsibility for the product passes from us to Interlink Express/Royal Mail so we shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver or for a delay in delivery.
